How to Shorten the Sleeve on a Jacket, with pictures.
Okay here comes another successful Tailoring experience, with http://www.ztailors.com, this time around the client wanted a sleeve to be shortened by a whooping 2.5 inches, this has to be done at the sleeve hole, at the shoulder, it is a total major surgery, completely removing the sleeves and re attaching them less 2.5 inches, woow.
Okay that is so cool though because, I can show you the pictures of how this is done, or how I get this done, my style, and maybe you can figure it out from the pictures and try it out yourself. Who knows right?
This is about 2.5 inches I removed from the sleeves, at the top of the sleeve
Okay I missed a picture with the sleeve off, but I have other pictures which illustrates the process in part;
Tailoring has never been so easy … Master zTailors each have at least 5 years of experience and can tailor men’s and women’s clothing
zTailors is founded by George Zimmer I would like to give George credit on behalf of all the fine Tailors in the United States at present and the ones who will come in the future. George had the unique foresight to figure out what the Tailoring Industry needed to go forward and he made it happen.
That was wonderful, to be able to be the client|s Tailor with direct contact through http://www.ztailors.com was surely a very great move to kick start the Tailoring Industry in the United States. I can speak as a business person and an artist here as I have spent the greater part of my life being a Tailor.
hold on for updates.
Oh and I needed to make a disclaimer, whereas I am working for zTailors as a Tailor, the context of my publishing my work, on this blog I do so as an independent blogger. My affiliation to ztailors is therefore limited to my professional work of being a Tailor providing such as a service.
My views as the editor of this blog are not recessively to be completely comported with those of ztailors.
