I purchased an item on DGgate. The seller published to me a tracking number for HongKong post, but the tracking website was not HongKong post rather it was another. Keep in mind I ordered DHL.

The tracking number was a fake I did not get that until I started digging and looking at ever word everywhere on the transaction. I am good at that, digging the internet.

On the instant when I got the website from DHgate, upon demand, I noted that the item was shipped about 30 days BEFORE I paid or ordered. I had chatted with DHgate before and asked for an ETA, they gave me a fate ETA, but I did not know this yet.

I was totally trusting them and I really want to, but the more I think about this I can allege that the company is a sham at its core.

In the instant when DHgate realised that I was given a fake tracking the company did squat. I had contacted the seller, who did not reply.

The chat service that DHgate provides only allows for about 60 characters each click, this is significant, because it makes it impossible to plea a case. The chatter is a bot.

The seller wanted to to, as a precondition to a full refund, that I change my claim heading from Fake Number to any other option, like do not want item or any other of the options, this is stated on my purchase page. The purchase page have been updated, to an achieved order by DHgate.

If I was not inquisitive I would have lost my money and the ability to make a claim even with MasterCard.

DHgate asked me not to report to MasterCard that they would solve this, to date I have not reported to mastercard officially.

What I am alleging is something like the following: That the order is marked delivered by the tracking website, which is a macro held by DHgate and controlled by them, haha I took screen shots. The the seller, who seems to continue to sell his goods on their website is affiliated to DHgate, directly or otherwise, that the transaction is concocted in such a fashion as to make a claim impossible, to the Creditcard company, and or to DHgate.

Dhgate have offered me a full refund, contingent in the refund is that if the item arrives to me I do not have to send the item back, and that the seller will not replace the item, okay hold that for a sec.

If the seller wanted his money forthwith from the alleged escrow I would think he would ship the stuff asap, in the quality agreed to, by the shipper paid for my me, he would get his money forthwith, but he chooses this confuted, laborious method, which takes forever to solve, while he gets his money.

DHgate has a clear provision that if the seller gave a fake tracking, that the money is refunded within 5 days, but they knew the tracking was fake from the onset , or should have known.

Herein my friends lies a lawsuit, if I am correct, could yield millions.

There is another Elephant IN THE CHAT ROOM AT WWW.SITEJABBER.COM And it may have done a biological function.

I also allege the following; that this site and all the complaint sites where the clients go to post complaints are also owned and operated by DHgate.

I have a wordpress blog, its 10 yrs old, it ranks very good, but my articles failed to appear on any part of the DHgate google pages, DHgate is in control of all the pages.

I was unable to break in, this was a first for my blog, ever, normally I can get in on the first page on the POTUS website for example, but I cannot get in on DHgate.

Hey DHgate just refund my money I am not asking you again and I am not going to click I agree, use this notice as an agreement, pray that I am wrong, and that I would go away.

INTRODUCTION

I purchased a Bitcoin Miner from a seller on the Dhgate.com Website on December 23rd 2015 for a total of $242.00. During the shipping process I selected and paid for DHL as the shipper and was told by the website that the delivery date will be by the end of December 2015.

Four days after payment was received by Dhgate.com I was given a tracking number RT308956682HK and told that my item would arrive as promised, however the date came and went I did not receive the item. I literally would look for every truck which came down my street hoping that I would receive my item.

I contacted the Dhgate.com by their chat room see Exhibit 1 to inquire about my package. I was then told that the item was shipped by HongKong post instead of DHL and that the item would arrive sometime between January 11th 2016 and January 28th 2016. I was furious but I had no choice as the item was already shipped by a different method chosen by me at the time of purchase.

With great reluctance I agreed to the new shipping date and method, soon after this I began to search the internet for the name of the Seller. I discovered that the company have had several client complaints on line by buyers worldwide. See Exhibit 2, I discovered buyers had alleged that the company have shipped empty packages, packages with bricks to a client in Australia and many other varied kinds of unfair treatment by the Defendants.

Further I ventured to check the tracking number using the website of the shipping carrier which Dhgare.com provided to me. I was in total shock to learn from the carriers website that the item was shipped a full 30 days before I actually ordered the item in question, the Defendants admitted see exhibit 2 that the tracking number was a fake and that I needed to file a dispute and make a “proposal” for settlement. I was dumbfounded, to learn that I had to make a proposal when in fact the Defendants committed a fraud on me by error or with deliberation, the Defendants have a duty to fact check the information before disclosing such erroneous information it was an advance payment. I quickly realised that I was not going to get a box of bricks for my money.

I then contacted the supplier of the item to get my money or the item. I was told that I needed to change my complaint from fake shipping tracking number to any other option to get a refund. This is the subject of this lawsuit.

THE PARTIES

The Plaintiff is a private Bitcoin and AltCoin mining consortium head off-iced in Miami Florida. The Defendants are a selling website and a BitCoin mining machine shop, situated in China.

VENUE

The venue is proper as the Plaintiff purchased the item with a credit card in Miami Florida on line.

A: DHgate is a host site. There are so many individual stores/sellers. My guess is you would have to go after them. Getting the word out like this so they lose or don’t get business would be best. There are actually some good sellers on there. Buyer beware. Check out the seller you are buying from, not just the host site.
