Oregon Tribe Says Militia ‘Occupying Native Land and Must Leave

Published on Jan 6, 2016

Burns Paiute tribal council member Jarvis Kennedy passionately asks protesters to leave the Oregon wildlife refuge they have been occupying for days.

I disagree with the jailing of the Hammonds in the Bundy Ranch fable but you see the Federal government has no Standing to grant this land to anyone, the legal title of the land still belongs to the Native, who are alive and living in the area, this land is theirs, they are the true party in Interest, they have the Standing to their land, the Federal Government does not.

Bundy Ranch is making the case unknowingly for the native, they are doing this deliberately or with ignorance, which ever it is Bundy has no Standing to make any claim, this is not public land, it is Native property. I can think of a similar situation, with the Israelis and the Palestinians, where the Israelis are using their religious book as an assignment to lay claim to land from a native who they are killing off, stealing their land.

Bundy did a research and revealed that with 1000,000 cases like this, not one litigant won the Federal Government, rightly so, for the land does not belong to the Federal government, they do not have legal title, the title they claim was by force of arms, Title by force of arms is not good consideration to vest title. That is the law of the land.

The truth is none of us own the land on which we stand today, we have a Colour of Title derived by a Land Grant of a POTUS, who over reached his jurisdiction to grant land that he had no equitable interest in.

These are some of the technical facts which in more detail will lead us to understanding standing.

    Thanks Mario,
additionally, government and corporations are legal fictions that have no jurisdiction with the tangible:
Supreme Court of the United States 1795, “Inasmuch as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, and a creature of the mind only, a government can interface only with other artificial persons. The imaginary, having neither actuality nor substance, is foreclosed from creating and attaining parity with the tangible. The legal manifestation of this is that no government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.” S.C.R. 1795, (3 U.S. 54; 1 L.Ed. 57; 3 Dall. 54)

Federal government only has jurisdiction over other legal fictions under admiralty law which in turn has NO jurisdiction over the land; period; inpeace, bt
