This is another case that uses some very detailed and thought out analysis of the securitization process and use of MERS to do assignments. The judge rules properly as he should on the MTD putting the burden of proof where it belongs—on the movant. He rules for the Plaintiff, who if they follows the trail as have here, they should get a win or settlement out of Nationstar…….  However for all the good analysis he does, he somewhat blows it at the end by stating the presumption that the Trust is the true…
