School Police Department Gets Military Vehicle, To ‘Drive Through Walls’ of Classrooms

A San Diego school police department has just been given a military vehicle worth $733,000 in taxpayer funding. The vehicle, called the MRAP was designed for use in war zones and to protect troops from improvised explosive devices, but now it is used to protect police officers from students.

San Diego Unified School District Police Captain Joseph Florentino said that his department plans on using the MRAP as a “Victim Rescue Vehicle.”

Looks like many of these cops are former military with battle experience and ideology adopted in the war zone, which is being used on American citizens and kids in school.
