Walter Jones wants to amend the Fair Debt Collections Practices act to favor the Banks, the bill sought to change the definition of Lawyers and their firms so that lawyers are not called debt collectors. This proposed change does not help homeowners. in addition Lawyers are already debt collectors who purchase buy debt. Do not reward Criminals with loopholes.
