These are my thoughts on the eviction subject, Bloomberg does not have the authority to act I think, the property in question is not owned by the city nor is it owned by a company, all of those properties are in commercial RMBS loan pools, traded and sold to wall street investors and that is all our money, the 401k and the pension plans were used to lose the money, the city municipalities lost millions or more and every pension plan took a hit. So the city of New York does not own that park, or none of the parks and toll bridges or none of its water resources, some dude in China probably does, or a number of people do, no one knows for sure, the things were sold as assets to back loans and payouts in present for repayment in future, with our money. So this is the constructive logic I see which can be used to form a cause of action and suggest some jurisdictional hints.
On the ground today the empire`s strike was futile, or incapable of producing any result, same thing.
