I have an issue with Mercedes credit regarding an attempted repossession of my car. police were called and it was deemed a breach of the peace. At that time the truck driver further threatened us very aggressively. My husband was seated in my car when it was bumped and hooked by the wrecker. As we protested both sides called the police who arrived within minutes. the first police officer ordered my husband to release the car but the second office to arrive called it in and agreed with us that it was a breach of the peace and the car was released to us. The car has since been repossessed but the issue of the breach was not dealt with .
