This is a clear CYA classic here I bet the OCC dealt with them for some petty cash.
Here at the links are several power of Attorneys from the Miami Public records signed with a seal by Deutscha bank in LA, so what are they talking about that they did not sign these docs and cause them to be filed?.
I actually have hundreds and all have the banks seal on them, there are thousands of POAs all over the nation, this bank has plundered the nation and kicked out millions of people from their homes under false paper and fraud, I call them the dog of bankers, these are nasty suckers, they do nothing good for no one, and they lie about everything they do.
