“Oh it takes away from the more important things of life like being happy for instance.
Well I have said so much about homeownership and homeowners I sometimes confuse myself as to when to whaer I said waht or to wohm or waht, anyways find a lawyer and give all your time and energy to keeping the roof over your head, the time is such that we all have to struggle to keep the little we are left with and we have not been bailed out yet.
So just chill I know so many people have paid money to go to court and all you can do is keep fighting until you get whatever it is that you want. To fight in the correct manner you must have a stated goal that is realistic and practical, something that works, you must study, read and help yourself and get a lawyer, a good one, who is current and knows the issues and I know a few of these good lawyers, the ones who know what to do the ones “WHO GET IT”.
I personally like to help homeowners fight banksters, its a “worth it” cause, in my book, infighting is counter productive, destructive and incorrect, surely not befitting for as to have such disrespect to a fight that has caused so much suffering of entire families, pets, the kids education and the whole nine yard story you already should know about.
We have come a long way from that dreaded first day of being served with foreclosure papers, I went for the MOD, interest and principal reduction, short sale, none of these things worked in my favor, none and then came the deed in lieu, useless to me, all this time later I am defending myself on the fact that the bankster has no standing, cannot validate the debt and cannot give a complete loan history, which will demonstrate some true consideration, that they paid money in my favor or for it, (is in the washing), the law is not like Publix in Florida or like Vons in CA, you cannot buy judgment, or at least not at this level, you cannot buy a loan MOD and the banks are not really doing them, you have to fight them on all fronts, I suggest that you pay the lawyer and keep fighting and remember no news is good news”
